Why don't I have administrator access?
Administrator access is denied due to frequent scams and plagiarism of our work. We do allow access to parts of your WordPress that you still need to function.
How often can I request a redesign?
You are able to request a redesign periodical, however you can not spam these requests.
What is your refund policy?
For Premium Managed WordPress, if you don't like your website, you may request to have it redesigned or refunded before seven days from the purchase date.
