These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are an agreement between Zample (“Zample Studio” or “us” or “our”) and you (“User” or “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the products and services made available by Zample and of Zample’s website (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Services.
Managed Services are maintained and distributed solely by Zample Corporation. This means that Zample Corporation does all development, editing, and publishing, and other parties like yourself can not.
You could not transfer managed services like websites and servers to another provider unless a Zample Representative permitted them.
(For managed websites, to move to another host, you need to submit the complete payment of the rest of your website.)
No files or anything that isn’t ours will be deleted from our servers unless you request it to be done. (This policy was put in place to avoid losing important data.)
Zample Servers will never delete your server files unless permitted by the user. During grace or suspension, Zample Servers will never delete your data and files in case necessary data needs to be recovered.
Using our services, you confirm that you are eighteen (18) years or older or competent to agree to legally binding agreements. Otherwise, you are NOT allowed to continue using our services.
You also agree to the other agreements on this page, regardless of which department of services you are choosing from.
At Zample Studio, we treat our customers with the utmost respect and expect this in return. If we feel like we are being disrespected or shamed. The customer may be asked to leave Zample Corporation Services. You’ll be given (8) days to transfer/download all your data before your account is terminated or suspended. You will not be entitled to any refunds regarding this matter.
Zample Studio services can take up to 1 day to 2 months to deliver services depending on their size. Here is a detailed list of all services we provide and how long they can take.
Remember when you order any of these services listed below, you agree to wait until the date periods are shown.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and any services within the said account. If we don’t provide a reason why your account was terminated or suspended, you may request a refund for our team to review and take action carefully.
Here at Zample Studio, we respect 2nd chances and give all of our customers the right to appeal the termination. If you think our reasons were unjustified or invalid, we will carefully reexamine the termination and provide you with options for unlocking your account.
That being said, you are allowed one appeal every year. Spamming or inappropriate behavior towards us will result in longer wait times and permanently banning your account.
There are no refunds on the following items.
Zample Studio reserves the right to change the prices of our Services and Products, including the services and products you have active with us right now.
You will receive a (30)-Day Notice before any such price changes take effect.
In most cases, Zample Studio does not offer refunds unless we decide you should get one. If your refund request is declined, you won’t be receiving a refund.
You can request a refund seven days from the original payment unless we have developed more than 10% of your website.

If you dispute the authorized charges, your account will be suspended and locked. If this occurs, we will also discontinue your service. You must resolve the dispute by providing proof of Ownership of the original Payment Method and paying up to ($350) in penalty fees per dispute. If not solved immediately during the debate, Zample Corporation will terminate your account and services. Any data will be lost and unrecoverable
You must be of legal age to accept contracts in your Country. If you are not, you aren’t authorized to continue using our Products or Services.
If you believe you know someone under our age limit, please report this to our Trust and Safety Team.
You are solely responsible for paying all invoices within the fixed billing period. If, for whatever reason, your invoice is past due that we reserve the right to terminate your account and services.
If you order one of our custom or single services listed below and fail to pay your invoice Zample Studio will terminate your account and pursue to transfer your collection costs to a Collection Agency.
